Who owns the designs I create?

Your organization does. Designs generated in your workspace belong to you under our standard terms, and we never resell or republish them. Enterprise agreements can include additional IP warranties.

Can the designs be used commercially?

Yes. Commercial use is included, so you can manufacture, sell and license the rugs you create. Our models are designed to produce original compositions rather than copies of existing designs.

What file formats are supported?

High-resolution PNG and TIFF, layered PSD, PDF, and color-indexed bitmap files at exact dimensions for jacquard, loom and carpet CAD software, plus print-ready files for digital printing. Custom export profiles can be configured for your systems.

Can I use my own color palette?

Absolutely. Import your yarn bank or brand palette, lock it, and set a maximum number of colors. Every generation and recolor will stay within those constraints.

Does it work for hand-woven rugs?

Yes. Designs can be generated on a knot grid that matches your knot density, and exported as a weaver-friendly graph (cartoon) for hand-knotted and flatweave production.

Is my data private?

Your uploads, prompts and designs are private to your workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest, and are never used to train models for other customers.

Can it learn our brand style?

For larger teams, we can create a private style model trained on your archive, so new designs carry your house signature: your motifs, proportions and color sensibility.

Do our designers need technical or CAD skills?

No. If your team can describe a rug, they can use RugAlchemy. Advanced controls are there for experienced designers who want precise structural and color control.
